Terms & Conditions – Junket Travels

Welcome to Junket Travels. By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, social media pages, booking platforms, and partner channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • • These Terms apply to all bookings made with Junket Travels, whether online, via phone, email, or in person.
  • • By using our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • • All users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • • A minimum of 20% of the total tour/package cost must be paid at the time of booking along with non-refundable booking and administrative charges.
  • • Prices quoted are based on current exchange rates and availability and are subject to change without notice.
  • • Full payment must be made prior to the travel date as per the terms mentioned in the booking invoice.
  • • Any discrepancies in booking confirmation must be reported within 24 hours.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

  • • 120 days or more prior to departure: 10% of the Tour cost
  • • 120–61 days prior: 25% of the Tour cost
  • • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they possess all required travel documents including a valid passport, visa, insurance, and permits.
  • • Visa policies vary and Junket Travels shall not be responsible for denial or delays in issuance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY

  • • Junket Travels acts as an agent for third-party service providers like hotels, airlines, and transport companies. We do not take liability for delays, cancellations, accidents, or force majeure situations.
  • • Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for safety and peace of mind.
  • • The company shall not be held liable for any loss of property, injury, or death during travel.

PROMOTIONS, LEADS & DIGITAL MARKETING COMPLIANCE

  • • Our lead forms and promotional content are compliant with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google ad policies.
  • • We do not use misleading or deceptive advertising tactics.
  • • Leads collected via digital platforms are handled with strict adherence to privacy and data protection laws.

USER DATA & PRIVACY

  • • User data collected during the booking process or via lead generation campaigns is used solely for the purpose of service delivery and promotions.
  • • We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable amendments related to data protection in India.
  • • 60–31 days prior: 40% of the Tour cost
  • • 30–7 days prior: 75% of the Tour cost
  • • 6 days to 72 hours prior: 90% of the Tour cost
  • • Less than 72 hours or No Show: 100% cancellation – No refund

Additional Conditions:

  • • All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • • Flight/train bookings are non-refundable once confirmed unless stated otherwise.
  • • Bookings under special offers or discounts are non-refundable.
  • • For peak season travel (20 Dec–15 Jan), a different cancellation policy will apply.
  • • Refunds (if applicable) may take 7–21 business days, subject to processing by third-party service providers.

NO-SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE

  • • No refunds will be provided in case of a no-show or early departure for any reason.
  • • Unused services due to medical emergencies, visa issues, or personal changes of plan are non-refundable.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS

  • • Junket Travels reserves the right to change the itinerary, hotels, or inclusions due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • • Any voluntary changes requested by the customer will be chargeable and subject to availability.

  • • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

JURISDICTION

  • • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

COVID-19 & FORCE MAJEURE

  • • Travelers are advised to check travel advisories and health regulations of the destination.
  • • Junket Travels is not responsible for delays or losses due to government restrictions, lockdowns, or force majeure events.
